About us : 

De la Tierra is a European food and drink specialist based in north London. Our main focus currently is products from the Basque country. We offer various regional products to trade and retail through our website and we have a stall at a number of specialist food and drink markets in London. ( see other section for full details )

After spending a considerable amount time living in this region we we're won over by the quality of it's gastronome and decided that there would be a demand for these high quality products in the uk  - especially London which is experiencing a revival of quality and local produced foodstuffs.

We have also just launched an on site catering service using these products and the knowledge gained in the region offering Basque Tapas ( Pintxos ) and other Spanish dishes. We can provide food and drink for parties up to 100 people and regularly cater for these numbers through our market operation.
